I work with leaders of cultural organizations to help them implement their plans, manage key relationships, think-through big decisions and take action.

In listening well to executives – at various stages in their career – and enabling them to meet immediate and long-term challenges more readily I draw upon my experiences running large and small budget organizations, being on the receiving end of grant-applications as a program officer and lessons gained through management training programs at Harvard, Rockwood Leadership Institute, Spitfire Strategies and the National Arts Strategies Chief Executive Program.

This work is conducted in-person, by phone or videoconference and can include regularly scheduled ongoing sessions or intensive short-term engagements.
